THE SOLDIER SERIES: A SALUTE TO THE SOUL

Ever since my sister was in Iraq, nearly three years ago, I always had a habit of going to the Washington Post and checking for updates. I know it sounds strange, but when you're a million miles apart and communication is rare, you start finding new ways to yeild the information you're searching for.

As I prepare this next collection I can't help but think of those who never made it home.

I have decided to post the faces of these men, from time to time, because these are the names that should be in the news and talked about....so I hope you don't mind indulging me by allowing this blog to serve as a memorial from time to time.
